    Reviews of Equal

    1. Rating 5/5

Couldn’t put this down. An intriguing knowledge into the open embarrassment around Equal Pay at the BBC. On occasion, I was in dismay around the reaction to Carrie Gracie’s complaint guarantee and the general absence of comprehension of esteeming crafted by ladies.
Likewise, shed light on the Fawcett Society which I had never known about however seems like a superb and genuinely necessary body.
All should understand this – it’s composed of businesses, people at the top of the priority list and all can profit by understanding this.
    Thoroughly recommended!

Equal compensation has been the law for 50 years. In any case, ladies frequently get paid not as much as men, in any event, when they’re doing equal work.
For the most part, they don’t know on the grounds that the compensation is a mystery. Be that as it may, consider the possibility that a lady discovers. Furthermore, What would it be advisable for her to do? What should her male associate do? What should the manager do?
Equal is within a story of how to grant winning columnist Carrie Gracie tested unequal compensation at the BBC, close by a more extensive examination concerning why people are as yet paid unequally. It’s a book that will open your eyes, fix your determination and give you the apparatuses to act – and act now.
